"Relying on the intellectual property rapid rights protection center, we usually get the product ID in 7 days, which aligns perfectly with the products shipment time from raw materials to finished products," said Huang Binbin, trade manager of Hebei Ximannuo Luggage Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Quality Improvement: Provincial Quality Inspection Center "Without Leaving the County"
In June 2025, the Hebei Provincial Luggage Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center was officially launched and began operations, becoming the only provincial-level quality inspection center in Hebeis luggage field. The center has passed 173 inspection parameter qualification accreditations, covering the full life cycle testing needs of luggage products, achieving the fastest 48-hour testing cycle and an average 40% reduction in inspection fees.
The center has also innovatively launched a "shared laboratory" model, opening professional testing equipment to small and micro enterprises and arranging technical personnel to provide full-process technical guidance. In 2025, annual testing volume exceeded 1,000 batches, a year-on-year increase of 25%.
Data shows that in Q1 2026, Baigou market procurement trade method exports reached RMB 2.525 billion, up 7.74% year-on-year; design patent authorizations reached 461, up 49.68% year-on-year; average profit per single product increased by 40%; and the average profit margin of small and medium-sized luggage enterprises rose from 5% to 15%. Industrial innovation vitality and core competitiveness have significantly enhanced.
